Why do we only disrupt with technology?
Why can’t disruption include breaking the toxic structures that often permeate workplaces and create environments where people actually want to come to work?
People who feel supported are also more likely to be invested in their work. They’re more likely to go above and beyond. They’re also more likely to stay.
Happy people don’t leave their jobs.
Maybe the disruption doesn’t have to be with new shiny toys. Maybe it needs to be in finding efficiency by treating humans like humans and listening to the people who do the work to figure out how to make it all work better. Maybe the innovation needs to be in who we invest in and not what.
