We are taking a different approach with LBee Health.
We're not a tech company who has mental health services. We have invested very little in tech, and we're using mostly off-the-shelf solutions, at least for now. We aren't pouring money into development. We're pouring money into clinicians and patient care.
Next, we want to meet you before you need most of our services. We're built on three service lines:
Preventative- Low-cost, accessible, virtual support groups for toxic work environments, burnout, coping with a negative environment that you can't leave yet, profession-specific moral injury, infertility, pregnancy loss, and more.
Responsive- When you need intervention from mental health professionals. Individual counseling and medication management as necessary, licensed where you are located and available within 48 hours.
Comprehensive- The journey doesn't end when the acute episode is over. We're here for maintenance, ongoing support, and care coordination when you need us.
This vision is big, and it's going to take a lot of people to make happen.
Very soon (like in the next few weeks), we're going to be hiring for:
Therapists
Psychiatrists and PMHNPs (multi-state licensure preferred)
Support group facilitators (nurses, therapists, therapist interns, NPs, profession-specific leaders, coaches in some cases)
Care coordinators
Patient support staff
Admin teams
Marketing and social media
