I’m here to meet amazing people who I might someday work with in some capacity.

I’m not here to work with people who might eventually be amazing.

I have built THREE businesses by showing up every day and hearing little bits of myself and my businesses.

I find most of my vendors here. I have hired most of my employees from here.

Every one of them had a habit of being a whole person here on the regular.

It has worked well for all of us as far as I know.

If you want my tip on growth and longevity, that’s it.

Be you and find your people. The rest kind of works itself out.
