I don't need to hide behind an anonymous username to say what I'm actually thinking. I'm not a keyboard warrior. I'm a warrior warrior.
I don’t have anything to hide, and I refuse to hide things anymore.
I won’t be someone different at work than I am at home because there is nothing about outside of work me that would get me fired if I brought it to work. I’m not someone different with my colleagues than my friends.
I tried to be someone that I’m not for a long time, and all it served to do was make me miserable while I believed that I was deserving of toxic environments and workplace abuse.
Professionalism as a principle for how to behave in the workplace is rooted in wh!te supremcy and patriarchy. It serves to make people act wh!ter, male-er, vanilla-er because things that make us not those things are not welcome.
Yeah, no thanks.
I’m the same person at work as I am at home, and that means that all of me is professional.
If you can do the job, you’re professional.

Yes, and if I can do this job, you can do this job. It's 90k with great insurance and retirement. It's a PENSION plan AND a 401K, you dumb bitch. No one has all that these days. When I see a company like THAT go by, all I say is "HOW DO I GET THAT GOODNESS IN ME?"
