Maybe you’re angry because you haven’t healed yet.
Why do we act like anger is inherently the problem?
Anger is a response. Anger is your brain and nervous system assessing a situation and picking a response.
Maybe, if you’re still angry, it’s because you haven’t been given the time or space to heal.
Anger is not a problem. It’s a response.
If you’re angry all the time, that’s a problem.
If you’re angry right now, that’s something to work through, not gaslight yourself out of.
You are entitled to be angry when someone harms you.
